Our family-run business specialises in the construction of local new-builds in the Cambridgeshire and Suffolk area, as well as first-class property renovations. This renovation project of a 4 bed detached house on Swaffham Road in Burwell is a great example. Instead of knocking the house down and starting again, we used the existing character and features of the property, whilst modernising it throughout to breathe new life into it and create a stunning family home.

Our recent property portfolio consists of several sought after new builds that often sell before we have even finished the foundations! We regularly undertake projects for multiple dwellings on sustainable plots, with recent projects completed in locations including Willingham, Swaffham Prior and Melbourn. We aren’t like most developers and try to create houses that we would want to live in ourselves. For this project in Swavesey we built a modern, spacious and efficient home that utilised innovative and sustainable materials. We built it on a site to the rear of a renovation and created something we are extremely proud of.

All of our developments strive to meet the highest energy ratings and we use future energy and heating sources at every opportunity. Most of our properties now use air or ground source heating systems along with solar panels where suitable. We are also proud to be one of the few developers looking to provide a broad spectrum of property types, even when this doesn’t always make us the most money or plot returns. We believe it is our responsibility to provide accommodation like bungalows for the older members of our community.
