BALSHAM CHURCH CAR PARK

Mead Construction were successful in tendering for the re-surfacing and improvement work to the car park at Balsham Church. Working with the local Parish Council, we were able to propose alternative solutions to the original specification to make cost savings and bring the project within budget.

The work consisted of excavating and laying a new sub-base to the car park, installing new kerbing and drainage, and then a base course of tarmac.

We then installed new perimeter fencing, and a grassgrid access to the adjacent playing fields.

Finally the car park received a tar spray and shingle finish, and the work was completed within time and budget.
